Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons and the customized nature of the products. Please get in touch if you have questions. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Courses and digital goods are not eligible for refund or returns.
